What Causes Red Spots Between Eyebrows And Nose?

I have two distinct areas. between my eyebrows (the size of a nickle), and my nose surface. Been there for more than a year to different degrees.On any given day, these areas are obviously red. Compared to a standard flesh color of the rest of my face...making these stand out. Some days they are more vibrant red than other days. But always there. Both take on the same degree of redness on any given day.
