What Causes Red Spots, Itching And Slimy Layer Around Penis Tip?

i have got red spots and sometime white slimy layer around the penis tip and around the skin for last two days and sometimes it is itchy.i had been to a place where it is very hot.didnt have any intercourse for a week and suspect becoz of heat.what medicine can be taken as a remedy.
