What Causes Red Spots On Cheek And Dryness Around Nose?

I have a dry nose around where it touches the face. I also have red spots appearing on my upper cheeks. I have tried olive oil, face washes, and other moisturizers to no avail. I exercise regularly and eat healthy vegetables. I don't drink coffee. Any suggestions?
