What Causes Red Spots On Chest?

Hello, im a 26 yr old male, 6'1'', 175lbs, physically fit and active. i have a handfull of red spots on my chest, there not raised at all, do not itch or cause pain. I have not noticed spots anywhere else on my body. I work long night shifts (5pm-6am) in a clean enviorment. Any idea what it could be?
