What Causes Red Spots On Clitoris?

I noticed two little red spots on my clitoris, they don't itch or burn, they are not white in the center or anything they look almost like little hives and there are two of them no more. They arent raised or anything either. I'm wondering if they are from all the stress I have been going through lately. Is there something I should do? Ive had them for two days, i'm freaking out....
