What Causes Red Spots On Face With Dry Skin After Taking Levothyroxine?

hi thankyou. ive been taking levothyroxine for nearly 5 years and ever since my facial skin has had ever increasing spots, hard red ones and sometimes yellow heads also just constant red chin!! never suffered with spots before... Skin is dryer and I dont really like paying out to wear makeup, all getting me down. Why is my skin like this now?
