What Causes Red Spots On Forearms And Thighs?

hi, ive been feeling light headed and ive been having really bad headaches. i checked my blood pressure and its fine... and today i noticed that i have tiny red pin head like spots on my forearms and thighs.. do you ahve any ideas what could be wrong?
