What Causes Red Spots On Hands And Arms?

Hi can anyone help ? about 3 weeks ago i noticed these 3 red/pink spots appear on my hand, they are all slightly raised and they look like there is a light colour of blood in the centre of them, they do not itch and when i run a glass over them they fade, then reapear. they are probley 1mm in diamiter. I also have about 6 on each arms but these are very very small and flat, they were there the same time as the others! they only fade a touch when i run a glass over them but if i strech the skin or run my nail over them they disaper then reappear again. The ones on my hands seem to be slightly going however the ones on my arm seem to have stayed the same since noticing them, they could be older then 3 weeks. Also my job can cause me to to sweat heavy as i have a very hands on job, and when i become very hot the ones on my arm seem to be more noticable! I have also been very stressed out the last 4 weeks, dont know if this is related? nothing i find on the internet describes what i am seeing! the only thing that keeps coming back is petechaie, but i really do not think this is what i have !
