What Causes Red Spots On Lower Back?

I just got out of the shower and noticed 3 red spots on my lower back. I have some back acne but this is definitely not that. It doesn't itch, hurt, or cause any discomfort. They're almost a purple-red and they're in a row. They aren't bumps either. Just spots. I don't know what it is. please help.
