What Causes Red Spots On Penis Head?

hi iI am a 19 year ol male and I have neva had these red spots on my pens head and only on the head not anywhere else. The do not burst or itch or hurt they are just the for abt a day or 2 and disappear they mostly appear after I masturbate. The first time I noticed them was right after I had unprotected sex witch was really rough.... these spots are realy small n just red not white or any othr color just red realy small spots... can i pleqse get an answer I'm going insane
