What Causes Red Spots On Shoulders And Neck?

yes please. the last three weeks i have been getting red spots on shoulders and neck. they have not really ben itchy but got tingling and aches with them. today they have come up more on the right side of shouldre and neck. not had many on body only an odd one on stomach and left arm.they look like mormal red spots but next morning find they are like little yellow heads.
