What Causes Red Spots On The Arms And Lower Ankles?

I have these red spots that is on the top part of my hands and lower arms, and around my ankles. At first i thought they were some kind of bug bits but they fade at night and come back dark and more of them during the day then kinda fade some more at night. Also get like aching feeling all over different areas of my body like the aching feeling you get when you have the flu, but i am not sick in that way. There is times i feel nauseated and or tired alot. Just wonder what it could be causing it or if its something to worry about. The red spots do not itch or hurt nor does it feel irritating.
