What Causes Red Spots On The Chest And Neck?

Hello, i have some red pink spots in my chest which wont go away, it's been almost a year but they just wont go away. They have almost spread to the side of my neck, i'm just worried if there's anything wrong with me. They're not itchy at all, they just keep spreading and i'm scared and hope they don't reach to my face.
