What Causes Red Spots On The Glans Of Penis?
Hi,
I am an 18 year old male and just now I have noticed 3 red spots on the glans of my penis. It's flat, not burning, and itches very little at random times. I've never had sex, and just 1 or 2 days before the skin on my glans was dry and I was able to rub the dry skin off. Any idea what this could be? Thanks.
