What Causes Red Spots On The Head Along With Pain At The Bottom Of Penis?

I use long lasting spray once in my penis top n bottom i sprayed.i had intercourse also well for atleast 1 hour.after that few weeks my penis got pain in bottom tip of my penis.some red stains are visible under the tip of penis.when water pour on that it pains a lot.plz guide me.
