What Causes Red Spots On The Penis?

i have red red spot on my pines shaft.it dosent hurt. beside this big red spot i have some tiney spots as well under my pines.i have unprotective sex with my gf but she is saying she is clean. i use stud 100 to make my pines les sensitive. can u please help
