What Causes Red Spots On Thighs?

I scratch my right leg there was no itchy at all, I scratch it because I wanted to and I just realised there are red spot all over my thigh and now it turning into purple. I have no idea whats wrong with it. Will it disappear? Sorry for my bad english, please help me.
