What Causes Red Spots Which Itch And Burn On Penis?

Hi, I have a problem. There are many tiny red spots on the head of my penis. It doesn't hurt, itch ot burn... they are just there? What do you think may have caused this? Could my wife had an yeast infection which caused these red spots to appear on my penis?
