What Causes Red Spots With Heads On The Body?

my 6 year old daughter has a group of about 10 red spots with small looking heads on them on her sholder and mabe another 6 on her arm and body she has albinism so her skin is normally white but these spots are very easy to see as they are bright red ormally she is 100% healthy and is on no medication
