What Causes Red Spots With White Heads On Calves?

My daughter developed red spots with white heads on her calves a few weeks ago and has now got some on the back of her thighs and neck. When squeezed, they give an initial small amount of white pus then clear liquid. The only three that have faded took a good few weeks. What is it and how can I treat it?
