What Causes Reddish Blisters On The Body?

just recently 4 days ago i went to mexico for a day and when i came back i notice all over my body red dots like if i had goose-bumps but they were red. do u think it was because of the environment there or is this some kind of allergic reaction. I'm 19 years old I'm scared it might be because of my health or something like that
