What Causes Reddish Boils On The Armpit?

I am 35 years old and every summer or in rainsy season when the climate is humid, i get reddish boils in my armpit. They occur on both armpits in multiples making it difficult to lift my arm too. pls let me what is wrong. I am applying dettol after bath and an antibacterial talc after bath.
