What Causes Reddish Bump On The Stomach?

Had a small reddish bump on my stomach. I popped it thinking it was just a bug bump but it started to bleed a little but after pussing. I tryed cleaning it with peroxide and there was two white dots in the middle of the reddish bump. Then it became a scab a couple days later that hadn't started healing yet. Is it an insect bite or a skin infection of so e type???
