What Causes Reddish Bumps Around The Vagina?

Im 19 and i noticed about a week ago i have some flesh colored bumps around my vagina(above and around the clitoris). They do not hurt, itch, I have no rash and it does not hurt when urinating, and i only have normal discharge. You can only see them when you pull the lips back. I also noticed that the opening of my vagina is a dark reddish purple color which you can not see unless you pull it open. What could this be???
