What Causes Reddish Circular Rash On Leg?

Is this a Ringworm or somethin else? Please serious answers only we re traveling and have no insurance so going to doc isnt possible. Thanks? Hi, My husband what up a week ago with a red, round, angry looking rash on his leg which looks a lot like a ringworm. The only difference is that from what i ve read online about ringworms is that it forms a rash in the shape of a ring but the inside is like normal skin, but my husband s rash is a perfect roung and bright red pattern inside out. There are no clear or normal looking skin patches inside, it all looks the same. Since we re currently traveling and have no insurance, its impossible for us to see a doctor. We did buy some over the counter Lotrimin cream and he has been applying it twice a day for almost a week now but there s no improvement.He says that it doesn t itch at all. Please suggest what we should do? We are both very clean people and I m constantly washing and spraying everything with Lysol since a week, which is so difficult to do since we re on a trip.Please let me know if its a ringworm or something else? Maybe some rash or an insect bite? Thanks a lot!
