What Causes Reddish Piece Of Skin To Hang Out Of The Vagina?

I delivered around 16 weeks back with an episiotomy done during delievery. I still feel somethig like little piece in between the vaginal opening when walking, but today with a a mirror i saw a litte flesh like piece hanging out and was kind of redish color. what could it be?
