What Causes Reddish Raised Bump On Cheek And Eye Redness?

Hello,I am concerned about a flat, raised bump on my left cheek. It is not sore or itchy, but just doesn t seem to want to go away. I ve had it for over 3 weeks. I have tried tea tree oil, polysporin, just leaving it alone, etc., but nothing helps. It is about a cm in diameter, reddish pink and slightly raised but not conical--more of a platform.I have also noticed my left eye has been a little sore and bloodshot.
