What Causes Reddish Spots On Lower Abdomen?

I have a worsening condition with red spots or marks on my lower abdomen. Not they number in the dozens. Used to be a dozen or so. Been going for a couple of years. Went to a dermotologist specialist. Did a biopsy on one of the spots as well as multiple viles of blood and found nothing. They don t itch but lately the larger ones I can feel when I push in on them. Any ideas?
