What Causes Reddish White Discharge While On Implanon?

I've got the implanon since last july but now I have a reddish white discharge. It doesn't smell or itch and it isn't uncomfortable in anyway it's just a little worrying as in 8 years I've never had discharge this sort of colouring. To look at it it looks like white clumpy discharge with red watery fluid in it can you help please?
