What Causes Redness Along With Itching In Fingers?

Hi, have some itching problem in the fingers of my hands. which started with tiny bumps which later on appeared redness & itching. this problem is since 5yrs. Consulted many doctors but failed. Doctors say Its not exactly Eczema but symptoms are same and only appear in fingers and nowhere else. Plz suggest.
