What Causes Redness Along With Itchy Rash On Chest?

Hi I am 50 years old but very well preserved so I thought!!I have severe redness on my chest hot like mild itchy rash on elbows and extreme cramping in back of calves, arms and cramping in toes and bottom of my feet. It seems like the cramping is extreme when I am lying down in bed at night?I recently got a shot in my left knee called EUFLEXXA for help with my MENISCUS problem.....I donot know why I am feeling like this?Also sometimes my left hand cramps and I have to force it open.....
