What Causes Redness And Pain After Taking Degarelix Injection?

I had the degarelix injection for the first time on Friday 6th of march for my prostate cancer, after I came home I had pain on both side where the injection was given, also It went all red and hard. Now four days later it is nearly gone except for the hard lump,should I be concerned about it ? also I do have the hot flushes.
