What Causes Redness And Pain In The Navel Post Gallbladder Removal Surgery?

I am 6 weeks post op from gallbladder removal threw my belly button. I have redness above and below my belly button. Also a dull ache behind my belly button when I am standing , or changing positions . The pain is like something is pulsing against my skin slightly above my belly button ...any ideas ???
