What Causes Redness And Swelling Around The Neck On Application Of Chemical Peel?

Hello Doctor I had plane warts on face and neck. By radio cautery they removed it. .now I have hardly 1 or two in face. 2nd process was Microdermbrasion 1.1. After 15 days they called me of Chemical peeling. I asked for Face and neck. At face I didn t get any burning or redness as the medicines were applied through cotton swap with little amount. But on neck they applied with a facebrush all over neck. They told me to keep for 4hours but as my neck started to swell with redness within 5min she removed first layer with cotton again in 2min I had very bad burning sensation couldn t bear the pain. Some part burned so bad that skin came off ...where I could see white skin beneath it. They cleaned my face with water and applied Fusibet cream and Venusia mosturiser upon it. Next day they called me to put some ointment for faster healing ...she cleaned face with Emodel lotion then put some liquid above that applied mosturiser. But the part where skin got too much damage gives me lot of pain while cleaning and applying medicine. Today is the 3rd day they asked me to apply Fusibet and venusia 3-4 times a day. This chemical peeling was done by the doctors assistant. As doctor had gone out of town. I am much worried about my neck. Face is completely fine. Please help
