What Causes Redness And Swelling In My Glans?

Hi I went to my doctor and I checked my self out for std All tests came back negative. My question is the meatus is red and swollen and it feels like a slight pinching from middle of penis to the meatus and feels uncomfortable when I pee. doesnt hurt just uncomfortable
