What Causes Redness And Tingling In Arms?

I have chronic Hepatitis B. I have never consumed alcohol and yesterday I noticed my palms were red and tingling and itching a little bit. After my diagnosis with Hep B i really didn t bother seeing a specialist (mainly due to the fact i m a procrastinator) is this sign that my disease is progressing? And I ve also been more fatigued lately.
