What Causes Redness And Uncomfortable Inside Vagina?

When i open the lips of my vagina, the inside of my vagina is red raw, even to touch my clitoris, it is sore. when i insert fingers into my vagina its uncomfortable. when i have sex its very uncomfortable. i get scared at the thought of sex because i know it is going to hurt. i also feel my vagina is dry when having sex. please help!
