What Causes Redness Around The Foreskin Near Penis Tip After Having Oral Sex?

How s it going. I m 19, male and uncircumcised. About a month ago, I noticed a small red patch, no bigger than that of a cotton swab, on the foreskin of my penis. As the past few weeks have gone on, I ve noticed redness around the foreskin near the tip of my penis, in addition to some redness across various parts of the foreskin. At first, I thought it could be warts, but now I m unsure and think it may be more of a rash than anything. I m not sure what to do, but I haven t had vaginal sex, really just oral sex and foreplay here and there. Please help
