What Causes Redness At The Tip Of Penis?

sir/madam -- yesterday i noticed on the skin - exactly when the skin gows down at the tip of penis it was bloos red in clour and i can see whitish thick around it . it cleaned it detol water twice a day pls advice any topical gel or ointment . I never had any bad habits or extra marriage relationship. I am 33 yrs old
