What Causes Redness, Bumps, And Irritation On The Penis, Especially After Sex, And How Can It Be Treated?

I am 34 male. My problem is the redness of gland, redness of fore skin and bumbs with irritation while having sex. After sex some painful cuts can be seen. Some times glands swells and irritation while urination occurs . What shall be the reason and cure for it ?
