What Causes Redness In Eye Along With Blurred Vision Post RD And Cataract Surgery?

I d RD with silicone oil & cataract surgery 3 wkds ago due to a failed gas bubble full macular hole surgery last jan.8.im highly myopic & the RD & cataract surgerys ok so far tho It s real blurry still but I m experiencing v.red eye & headache on & off -I was told to put in systane gel eye drops.should I see my dr soon ¬ wait for my appt.next month?
