What Causes Redness In The Eye With History Of Diabetes?

Dear Doctor My right eye is suddenly bloody, I have a fib, i take cumiden ( blood thinner),Wednesay 10mg and other days 7.5 mg, i take Lisinopril 20mg, I am also diabetic and I take Metformin ER 500mg. About 2 hours ago I had lunch and suddenly I see that my right eye has a bloody patch, should i be alarmed and go to emergency? Is it something that I should be worried? Is it related to my diabetic?
