What Causes Redness Inside Nostril With Sweet Smell Coming From It?

my nostrils are red inside and I have this sweet smell coming from mostly my right nostril for a few days now.

also all smells are very, very strong and can't tolerate some of them from mostly my left nostril. Today those smells aren't as strong. But what about the sweet smells? In times past (2) I had this rush of air that came in one of my nostrils and a very stron chemical smell. I have had sinusitis many times and even lost my sense of smell at least 3 times during those times.
