What Causes Redness Inside The Meatus Along With Tickling Sensation?

Hello dr. about a 9 days ago I put rubbing alcohol on my penis to try to prevent std now I know that was a pointless idea. I think some got In my penis hole and I have some red ness and it tickles it doesn t burn or hurt when I urinate. I just feel it. Would that be the cause of the redness? there not bumps or anything like that just look like some red skin in my penis hole there is no redness anywhere else on my penis and my hole is not covered in red just some spots but not circular spots I guess u have to see it to understand
