What Causes Redness Inside The Thighs Near The Vagina?

I am a female and after I shaved my bikini area a week ago i was a little sore. About 3 days ago it got much worse. now the inside of my thights along my underwear line is red and if i sweat it the red areas get a like white coating on them. What could this be?
