What Causes Redness Of Face And Itchiness In Eyes?

Hello. I have a very red face with symptoms of itchiness including within the eyes and a generally sunburnt complexion around the nose and cheeks. Rosacea has been ruled out by doctors but I have noticed that alcohol, sugar and environmental factors especially extremes of heat and cold cause flushing. I am a 36 year old male and this problem has existed for 10 years. Can you help?
