What Causes Redness Of Urethra?

hi i had protected sex about 3 weeks ago, and after i noticed redness on my urethra, and now it s gotten a little redder and a little swollen at times, but no irritation. i ve also noticed that i have jock itch, and at times a small clear discharge from the tip of my penis. help please.
