What Causes Redness On Eyelids?

I have used silicone material to fill cracks in bathroom recently... I have started a new detergent, Tide with Fabric Softener. I am having allergic symptoms...tingling...indicating histamine response...redness on eyelids...I think I may have rubbed my eyes after using silicone... Or, I am allergic to new Tide with fabric softener; a new detergent I just started using... I ve noticed a slight decrease in symptoms in changing pillowcase, etc.. Roberta O neill
