What Causes Redness On Face After Using Scrub?

i got scar and wrinklness on my face cheek cause i did scratch my face during scrub...now i got black if i use something i becomes red but getting vanish i had some scar on ma nose they came automatically i dont knw abt them....plz help m from kashmir give me some suggestion i ll be thnkfull to u
