What Causes Redness On Face When Suffering From Plaque Psoriasis?

So I went to the Dr yesterday I have a uri and also been congested and I have plaque psoriasis I have noticed my face is very red like a Sun burn also my chest with heat involved the rest of my body is ok I m not on any medicine but musinex and my daily inhalers should I worry or am I m fine I thought maybe it was my blood pressure but no blurred vision and I feel fine along with my rash I have a slight headache
